Sikap dan Respon Presiden SBY Terhadap Rekomendasi Tim 8

Bagaimana sikap dan respon Presiden SBY terhadap rekomendasi Tim 8 yang ditunggu-tunggu masyarakat Indonesia atas polemik kasus Bibit Samad dan Chandra Hamzah. Usulan Tim 8 yang diketuai Adnan Buyung Nasution direncakan akan diterima Presiden pada hari selasa 17 November 2009. Tim 8 sendiri merupakan tim bentukan presiden untuk meneliti dan mencari fakta bagi kasus yang menimpa Bibit Samad Rianto dan Chandra M. Hamzah yang diberi waktu sangat terbatas yaitu 2 minggu.Sebenarnya hari ini senin, tim tersebut dijadwalkan bertemu dengan Presiden SBY, namun diundur besoknya yaitu selasa tanggal 17 November. Dan yang paling dinantikan tentunya adalah bagaimana sikap dan respon presiden SBY terhadap rekomendasi Tim 8 yang merupakan Tim yang dibentuk sendiri.
Dari beberapa usulan yang akan disampaikan ke Presiden SBY, antaranya adalah penghentian kasus Bibit-Chandra yang dinilai tidak cukup bukti untuk terus dilanjutkan. Namun, dari berita yang saya terima di berbagai media TV, pihak polisi dan kejaksaan memang keukeh untuk terus melanjutkan kasus tersebut apapun usulan Tim 8 terhadap presiden SBY. wow..
Di sinilah kebijakan seorang Presiden Republik Indonesia dipertaruhkan. Apakah SBY mengikuti rekomendasi Tim 8 yang artinya SBY harus melakukan pembenahan tiga institusi penegak hukum di Indonesia. Artinya, Presiden harus mempercepat reformasi di Polri, Kejaksaan Agung, dan KPK. Pilihan selanjutnya jikalau presiden RI mengatakan "saya minta kepada kepada kepolisian atau kejaksaan untuk memberikan respon terhadap rekomendasi Tim 8". Nah itu artinya tim 8 menurut saya nggak ada apa-apanya dan hanya ecek-ecek saja karena hampir dipastikan kepolisian dan Kejaksaan akan ngotot melanjutkan kasus Bibit-Chandra yang berarti bertolak belakang dengan rekomendasi Tim 8... capek deh.
Memang saya nggak tahu siapa sih yang paling berhak untuk menyelesaikan masalah Bibit-Chandra, namun yang pasti semuanya akan tunduk kepada keputusan presiden SBY. Kalau nggak tunduk ya bisa diberhentikan, dinonaktifkan atau kasarannya dipecat. Namun nampaknya urusannya tidak sesederhana itu karena banyak kepentingan yang ikut bermain dalam kasus Bibit-Chandra.
Besok, bola (rekomendasi tim 8) sudah dioper ke presiden SBY, dan tinggal bagaimana respon dan sikap SBY, apakah bola tersebut dioperkan lagi atau langsung diekskusi..menarik untuk disimak. Yang pasti, semoga korupsi di Indonesia bisa diberantas sampai ke akar-akarnya tanpa pandang bulu.

Siapa bilang bisnis internet tidak bermodal. Menurut saya itu anggapan yang keliru dan cenderung menjerumuskan. Modal di sini bisa berupa investasi yang berupa barang, uang atau waktu. Beberapa menteri tampak masih muka-muka lama yang kebanyakan berubah posisi atau hanya sekedar rotasi, bahkan ada beberapa menteri yang masih menduduki jabatan lamanya seperti Sri Mulyani dan Marie Elka Pangestu yang masing-masing menduduki jabatan Menteri Keuangan dan Menteri Perdagangan.
Dengan diumumkannya daftar Menteri Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu Jilid II oleh SBY.
